SC(B)10, SC(B)11, SC(B)13 seriesdry-type transformers are all energy-saving products based on GB/T10228"Dry-type power transformer technical parameters and requirements" byreducing no-load loss and load loss. Because of its fire proof & explosionproof ability, it is suitable for service in loading center and close to thepower consumption site, which can reduce the cable line cost and improveeconomic performance. Presently, this type of product is widely used inhigh-rise buildings, commercial centers, subways, stations, airports and otherimportant places where concentrating large population, and in combinedsubstations.
SC(B)H15 series dry amorphous alloy coredistribution transformer is specialized in super low no-load loss, no oil,flame retardant self-extinguishing, moisture resistance, crack resistance andmaintenance-free. It is suitable for replacing ordinary dry type transformersand can be used for high-rise building, commercial centers, subways, airports,stations, industrial and mining enterprises and power plants. It is especiallysuitable for installation in places with high fire resistance requirements suchas flammable and explosive environment.

The ambient relative humidity should beless than 93%. No water droplets should appear on the surface of the coil;
When the transformer has to operate beyondthe normal conditions, please reduce its rated spec values according toGB1094.11.
Product characteristics:
①Both HV & LV coils are solidified byepoxy resin casting in vacuum chamber, to perform high mechanical strength andless partial discharge. Short-circuit resistance and high lightning strikelevel.
②Segmented cylindrical craft is appliedin the HV coil, wind tunnels are applied in 1600kVA and above transformers forbetter cooling feature; LV foil winding craft is applied in 315kVA and above transformerfor better current amps.
③Fire proof, explosion-proof, and nonpollution to the environment. The insulating material is self-extinguishing,and does not generate any arc during short circuit, and the resin does notgenerate any toxic or harmful gas even been over heated.
④The coil does not absorb moisture, andthe core clamp has a special anti-corrosion protection layer, which can operateunder 93% relative humidity and other harsh environments.
⑤Very good heat dispatching performance,and the cooling method generally use air natural cooling (AN). The air forcecooling system (AF) can be configured to improve short-term overload capabilityand ensure safe operation.
⑥Aluminum alloy or steel plate enclosuresare available to achieve protection degree requirements.
⑦Temperature display & controllerdevice is available, with hot-spot temperature metering for circulating displaythree-phase coils’ highest temperature, automatic control of air-cooling systemstart-stop, over-temperature alarm, computer networking, remote display andfault memory .
⑧Comparing to SC(B)9, the SC(B)10 seriesreduces the no-load loss by 10% and the load loss by 5% ; the SC(B)11 seriesreduces the no-load loss by 20% and reduces the load loss by 5%. SC (B) 13, SC(B) H15 series products even achieve higher energy saving standard.
