Detail introduction
1.The frame is bent with 8MF cold-rolledsteel plate and assembled by partial welding. Its rigidity and load-carryingcapacity to meet the installation requirements of electrical components. Themounting holes arranged in the E=20mm and E=100mm modules are designed toimprove the versatility of the assembly.


2.The upper and lower sidesof the cabinet have heat dissipation holes, and the heat dissipation holes aresealed with steel mesh plates. When the power distribution cabinet is inoperation, the heat generated by the component rises and is discharged throughthe upper heat dissipation hole, and the cold air is replenished into thecabinet from the lower slot. The sealed cabinet forms a natural air passagefrom the bottom to the top, and the heat dissipation performance is good.


3.The cabinet is designed according togolden ratio method, to present elegant overall appearance.


4.The door and the frameare connected by a hinged movable hinge, which is convenient for installationand disassembly. A rubber strip is added to the bend of the door to prevent thecabinet from colliding directly with the door edge and improving the degree ofprotection of the door.


5.The instrument doorwith electrical components is connected to the frame by a plurality of softcopper wires. The mounting parts in the cabinet are connected with the frame byground knurled screws to form a complete grounding protection circuit.


6.The protection level of the front, rear,top and sides of the cabinet reaches IP30, and can also be selected betweenIP20 and IP40 according to user requirements.


7.There are lifting ringsequipped on the four top corners of the cabinet for easy lifting and shipping.
