S11-M and S13-M series oil-immersed transformers are energy-saving products by reducing no-load loss and load lossbased upon GB/T6451-2008 "Technical parameters and requirements foroil-immersed power transformers". The sealed structure is suitable for35kV voltage and below, with corrugated radiators but no oil conservator. Atpresent, this type of product is widely used in working conditions of enterprises,highway roads, railway / bus stations, oil drilling platforms, and combinedsubstations.

Characteristics of product


The coil and core are vacuum dried, andthe transformer oil is vacuum filtered and injected, to minimize inside moisture;

The corrugated fin radiator is designedfor oil tank, which not only perform cooling function but also perform"breathing" function, and the elasticity of the corrugated fin cancompensate transformer oil volume fluctuation, which caused by the temperature change;

The complete sealed transformer has nooil conservator, which reducing the transformer overall height. Since thecorrugated sheet replaces oil conservator, the transformer oil is isolated fromthe outside, which effectively preventing oxygen and moisture from outside,slowing down aging speed of the insulating oil, and ensuring the insulationperformance, extending transformer service life and improving the performancereliability;

Reduce the cost of oil change, poweroutage maintenance, etc., with good economic performance;

Comparing with S(B)9-M products, S(B)11-Mseries transformers reduce the no-load loss by 20% and load loss by 5%.
